Annual Meeting / Nominating Committee

The process for Annual Meeting each year begins with the Nominating Committee. The NEA Board of Directors must appoint the committee at its January meeting. The 2026 Committee is District 1: Richard A. Ladwig, Denzel Coffey and Ken Dixon. District 2: Cheryl Lund, Jerit DeGering and Rod Nelson. District 3: Judson Skavdahl, Lane Grote, Tom Lambert and James A. Phipps (alt). 

In February, the Nominating Committee will meet at the NEA to nominate candidates. Incumbent Directors John Hester (District 1), JD Wasserburger (District 2), and William Wilson (District 3) are seeking re-election. The election will be held at the Annual Meeting on May 21st at the Niobrara County Fairgrounds in Lusk, WY.
